|Returns Policy We are always keen to make sure that the product you order is in perfect condition prior to being despatched to you.|
However, any goods received should not be signed for if the packaging shows signs of damage. If you sign for the goods in good condition the couriers will not accept liability for the damage.
If you find the product you have purchased is not what you ordered (wrong item sent in error) we will arrange collection and replacement at our expense.
If you have ordered a product and find that is not what you really wanted, you can either return the product or we can arrange collection at your expense.
Any refund would be less postage / collection charges, payment processing charges and subject to repackaging costs / re-stocking charges. In addition, the product must be returned in perfect condition and complete, and re-packed in the same manner as it arrived, the packaging must be un-damaged, unmarked, not torn or defaced as this must be suitable for reuse.
In addition to this we have a 10% restocking charge, (this is to cover warehouse time in unpacking, inspecting & testing of returned goods), prior to any refund being made.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods reach us in perfect condition, as we do not take liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. If the goods are damaged on arrival to us a refund cannot be given. We recommend that the goods being returned be adequately insured.
